I lost access to my wallet — can BINK help me recover it?
Because BINK is fully self-custodial, we never have access to your seed phrase or private keys. If you've lost your seed phrase, we unfortunately cannot recover the wallet for you. This is by design — nobody, including BINK, can access your funds without your keys.
How do I report a suspicious transaction?
Email security@binkchain.com with the transaction hash, wallet address involved, and any context you can provide. Our security team investigates every report within 24 hours.
Does BINK have a bug bounty program?
Yes. We pay up to $250,000 for critical vulnerabilities disclosed responsibly through security@binkchain.com or our Immunefi program. Full scope and rewards are published in our docs.
Can I get a press kit or brand assets?
Absolutely. Email press@binkchain.com and we'll send over logos, screenshots, founder bios, and approved messaging. For interviews, include your deadline and outlet.
How do I apply for a job at BINK?

Is my support conversation encrypted?
All form submissions and email communications use TLS 1.3 in transit. Support ticket data is encrypted at rest. We never ask for your seed phrase — if anyone claiming to be BINK asks for it, they are not us.
